	2009 Top of the Lake Art Fest is a Juried Fine Art Show which will take place in beautiful Flagler Park in the heart of the City of Okeechobee. The purpose of this art fest is to bring talented fine artists to the community of Okeechobee as well as bring the arts to Okeechobee students. All Fine Artists will be located in our spacious park, and will bring to the community a variety of fine arts for sale.	Top of the Lake Art Fest will also feature - Entertainment, Children art activities (including a Monster Mural painting participation project for students), Art Demonstrations and food both days in the park.
